In Nectar, light engulfs the face of a still mannequin, creating the effect that she has a soul and a spirit that cries out for life. Her mane of flowers is a source of knowledge and spiritual nourishment. Her right eye is illuminated, as she greets us with a majestic gaze from a distant dimension; her entire being enlightened by circular, painted light. Flowers convey the beauty, joy, and love that come from her soul; the circular orbit of light conveys eternity.
