In 2017, what started with just an experiment in a park turned into a new hobby. Some of my friends back in Brazil were playing with some lightpainting inspired by Eric Pare and I got curious to test it out as well. I bought a tube, some gels, and went out to parks playing with it. I had so much fun that I wanted to do it more often, but I realized that alone would be a bit harder. So I invited a friend to help me out and that was when BRLN Lightpainting was born. Since then I am trying to find fellow light artists and build a small community of lightpainters around Berlin.
